If you paid for back-country permits, call the back-country ranger office and cancel, that way, they give you a credit for the amount you've paid, which lasts about 1 yr. Maybe that would help out next year.

I do have a 2 items I purchased online that did not fit when they arrived at my house. How do I return them with stores closed? I really need the money back now and can't wait until when stores "might" open again.
