self inflating camp pad

My husband purchased a self-inflatiing camp pad online on 6/30/2019.  The pad will no longer hold air.  He uses the pad as a cushion for working out, so it is not used outside or roughly.  The pad is only three months old.  Is there something that can be done about this problem?

@jernst5 Thanks for reaching out!

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your sleeping pad. Do you know if there is a hole in the pad? Or could it be the valve? Sometimes, depending on the sleeping pad, the valve can be challenging to close, so it would be a good idea to double check that it locks down all the way after inflating it. Additionally, if you are able to locate a hole in the pad, you can use a patch kit to get it working like new again!

Everything REI sells is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so feel free to take your sleeping pad to your local REI store. If you are unable to make it in to a store you can call our Customer Service team at 1-800-426-4840.

Lastly, we have removed your order information from your post to protect your privacy. Thank you for reaching out, I hope this helps!
